A book that pretty much desribes what hundreds (thousands? tens of thousands?) of other books have already said: invest if you want some sort of passive income. 

There are some relatively unexplored avenues, such as peer lending, however, these are not really suitable for most people and there is zero effort of suggesting who this works for.
