One Hundred Years of Solitude

Author: Gabriel García Márquez

9.7/10

MUST READ

The story is straightforward: it follows a family's path over 100 years including all of the people that were part of it.

Why not a better mark? Because at times I feel that it could have been shorter.

Why such a good mark? Because if you read it fully, the last couple of pages make all the meaning in the world and you will never forget them

READ IF: You want a great story by a great storyteller

PASS IF: You like books that are "to the point"
