Highly Desirable: Tales of London's super-prime property

Author: Secret Agent

READ

I have no idea whether this guy truly operates a real estate agency in London, or if he exists at all. I just know I loved reading this book and actually got some great insights into real estate purchases.

I didn't buy it for the economics or the investing side, I bought it because I liked the theme. I wasn't disappointed. This guy knows how to write well and keeps us involved in his stories.

Caution: there is mild gay romance (nothing explicit) involved, but this occupies just a total of a few pages and he writes it so well that you are actually rooting for one person or another (FYI, I agreed with his choice).

READ IF: You enjoy good real-world stories about property and how work intercepts with life

PASS IF: You are looking for a "how to" book on purchasing property
