There is one reason that I liked this book - Guy Spier's honesty. In all fairness he is probably the most honest investor out there, willing show off his lack of confidence at first, wondering about some mistakes he made, and so on. Excellent read if you want a deep insight as regards how a person made it thus far in life.

Mild spoiler: the fact that his dad gave him 3 million pounds to start with (2001, I think) surely helped him. But, if it wasn't for the trip and the knowledge, he would have certainly lost the money.

READ IF: You want to see how all people are alike, successful or not.

PASS IF: You are looking for a "how to" on stock or any other type of investing.
